Doubleside Christmas Ornament

Hello! Here we are, getting close to Christmas and of course to msking beatiful decorations for this season!!! Well, let's get started with a doubleside decor: Here it is:

I decided for a combination of the frosty blue and the warm red in a clean white background. I obviously used some Sizzix dies. In fact Sizzix has a huge range of Christmas dies and one is more beatiful and attractive than other!!! I think I have to make a loooot of projects to use them all! I think they have really a fairytale ingrediend and are perfect for me.  This time I opted for the Brenda Walton collection. Beside a marvelous die you get you also have a gorgeous storage box which is lovely!!! This ornament has the

Reindeer die cut

on the inside and the

Snowflake ornament die

on the back. Well, there is no really a front and the back because in any way it turns the eyes get a Christmasy atmosphere :-)

Do you want to make it? Here the video tutorial for you!

I hope you'll make it. See you soon!

Halloween pumpkin tutorial

Hello everyone! We have a few days left to realize something more for Halloween. I want to inspire you with my Halloween pumpkin. I actually started to make these pumpkins last Halloween and I thought it's time to share the tutorial so you can make them. They are great like home decor but you can also think about them as a lovely gift for someone you just want to surprise in this fall time.

You'll see that it's easy to make this beauty. In the end you'll just have to find an appropriate pedistal to make it even more suggestive and attractive. Here is the tutorial:

The intresting past is that when you finish the base of the pumpkin you can dress it in any style you prefer. Here are some examples I've made last year:

There is something else I wanted to share:  if you want to know about the latest SIZZIX offers, news, blog posts, shows, exclusive free papers and projects you can sign up for the Sizzix Newsletter . You'll always find plenty of inspiration and professional support!!!!! It's really a great opportunity!

I hope you'll have a great Halloween and you'll make your own pumpkin. I guess for me is already time to focus on .... CHRISTMAS!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!

Halloween moon tutorial

Hello everyone! Here I am back with a tutorial: a halloween moon. You probably know that I love to search and invent 3d projects out of just simple cardboard, paper and just a bit more.  Making something out of almost nothing - that's fun for me.
You can hang this decor just everywhere you want and the realisation is easy and cheap!!!!

For this project I included one of the best autumn scented die cut: Sizzix Bigz Die - Tattered Leaves
They are just like real ones but they last forever. The shape is perfect for halloween and recalls exactly the fall atmosphere! I used just simple cardstock to cut them out, distressed them and put on some Rock Candy Crackle paint.

Here is the video tutorial:

I hope you'll make this decor for your next halloween. See you soon with a new video - stay tuned!

New style, new start....

Hello Evryone! Welcome aboard! This is my very first post right here... I'm starting my new journey  and continuing something that started on Scrapbook Abundace. My first post  it's about my latest inspiration: the

Gothic Fairytale style

I decided some time ago to get rid of the Shabby Chic and to follow a new path in scrapbooking. Something that has a lovely fairytale scent and leaves a lot of space to the immagination. I'm following the foggy atmosphere and the dark elements and searching for the right balance between parts. Here are some pieces I've already shared on my other blog:

Today I aso wanted to share my first inspirational video about the realization of my latest LO: Discovering life together. Enjoy!

And here is the LO:

The main idea started with the central piece the Sizzix which is a great die cut because offers many style support and I found it perfect also for mine... The Sizzix Framelits Die Set 4PK - Frame, Heart w/Crown.

I absolutley love this die and I think it will surely take place in other projects.

And some details of the layout....

I hope you''l find some inspiration. I'll be soon back  and finish the datails on my new place.
